HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS
Cookware Body
Gourmetific cookware is made from 3003 aluminum alloy, selected for its balance of strength, weight, and thermal responsiveness. This material allows cookware to heat quickly and evenly, making temperature control more predictable during everyday cooking.
The die-casting production method ensures consistent thickness throughout the body, creating a stable structure designed for daily use.
- Base thickness: 4.5 mm, for improved heat distribution and stability
- Wall thickness: 2 mm, to support even heating and structural balance
This combination helps reduce hot spots, supports consistent cooking results, and minimizes the risk of warping over time.
COOK WITH CONFIDENCE
Inner Ceramic Non-Stick Coating
The interior features a water-based, double-layer ceramic non-stick coating developed for everyday cooking and effortless food release. This coating allows ingredients to slide easily across the surface, reducing the need for excess oil and making cleanup simpler after each use.
Unlike traditional non-stick surfaces that rely on PFAS-based chemistry, ceramic coatings achieve non-stick performance through their smooth structure rather than chemical additives. This makes ceramic-coated cookware a preferred option for those seeking a cleaner cooking surface for daily meals.
Designed for consistent home use, the ceramic coating performs best when used with moderate heat and proper care, maintaining reliable food release and easy cleaning over time.
What Is the Ceramic Non-Stick Coating Made Of?
Gourmetific cookware uses a water-based ceramic non-stick coating built on an inorganic, mineral-derived structure. Instead of relying on fluoropolymers, this coating achieves its non-stick properties through a smooth ceramic matrix reinforced with mineral components.
Because the coating is based on ceramic and mineral materials, it does not depend on PFAS or PFOA chemistry to prevent food from sticking. The surface interacts with food through its physical smoothness rather than chemical lubricants.
This means non-stick performance is achieved without replacing one controversial substance with another. The coating is designed to be stable under normal cooking conditions, suitable for everyday food contact, and easy to clean when used as recommended.
Like all ceramic-based non-stick surfaces, performance is optimized at moderate heat and with proper care. The focus is not extreme misuse tolerance, but reliable daily cooking, straightforward cleaning, and material transparency.
Certified for Food Contact Use
Ceramic Non-Stick Coating
Gourmetific cookware features a ceramic-based, water-based non-stick coating designed for everyday food contact. The coating is formulated without PTFE, PFOA, or PFAS and achieves non-stick performance through a mineral-reinforced ceramic structure rather than fluoropolymer chemistry.
The smooth ceramic surface allows food to release easily, reducing the need for excess oil and making everyday cleaning simpler. Non-stick performance is driven by the coating’s physical structure and layered composition, not by chemical lubricants.
The ceramic cooking surface has undergone heavy metal migration testing, with no detectable results reported. Test outcomes confirm compliance with applicable food contact safety standards, including LFGB, for everyday cooking when used as intended.
Designed for regular home use, the ceramic coating performs best with moderate heat and proper care, maintaining reliable food release and easy cleaning over time.

Handle System
Gourmetific™ detachable handles are constructed using high-quality bakelite combined with a silicone front grip, selected for their balance of heat resistance, durability, and everyday handling comfort.
Bakelite is a thermoset material, meaning it does not soften, melt, or deform under normal stovetop cooking conditions. This makes it a reliable and widely used choice for cookware handles where consistent grip and heat stability are essential.
The handle system is designed to withstand temperatures up to approximately 160–180°C (320–356°F). To ensure safety and long-term durability, handles must be removed before oven use and should not be exposed to direct flame or oven heat.
This design approach allows the cookware body to handle higher temperatures independently, while the handle remains optimized for comfort and control during stovetop use.
The detachable construction also supports safer handling, compact storage, and reduced long-term heat exposure to the handle material. When cooking is complete, the handle can be easily reattached for serving and transport.
VISIBLE COOKING EXPERIENCE
Glass Lids
Gourmetific™ glass lids are made from high borosilicate glass, selected for its clarity, durability, and resistance to everyday stovetop temperature changes.
- Material: High borosilicate glass
- Thickness: 4 mm
- Integrated steam vent for controlled pressure release
Borosilicate glass is commonly used in cookware because it resists cracking under normal cooking conditions and allows you to monitor food without lifting the lid, helping retain heat and moisture during stovetop cooking.
The integrated steam vent helps regulate internal pressure and reduces excessive condensation buildup.
While the glass itself is heat-resistant, the lid includes silicone components that are not designed for oven temperatures. For this reason, glass lids are not oven safe and should only be used for stovetop cooking.
Allow lids to cool naturally after use and avoid sudden temperature changes to maintain long-term clarity and structural integrity.
